Pre-baked Chips for Renewables
is produced when potatoes are processed into chips and other potato specialities. The co-product becomes available at the start and end of production lines, as well as at sorting once the fries have been cooked. The starch is solubilised due to the production process already undergone, therefore making it suitable for use in Renewables.
