Wheat yeast concentrate Protiwanze® suitable for Livestock feed
ProtiWanze® is produced at BioWanze in Wanze, Belgium. Protiwanze® is a wheat yeast concentrate that is created during the production of bio-ethanol from liquid wheat flour, from which the gluten has been extracted and contains a lot of protein in addition to a remainder of carbohydrates. The wheat middlings and proteins are separated from the wheat starch fraction before fermentation. The co-product ProtiWanze® is very tasty, has a constant composition and because of its low sodium and potassium contents, it can be used in any ration. ProtiWanze® has a natural acidification (lactic acid fermentation).
Quality
The product complies with laws and regulations. Mycotoxins, insecticides, pesticides and herbicides are tested according to the GMP+ FSA. The product is non-GMO (according to Regulation (EC) 1829/2003 and 1830/2003).
