Smulsyrup suitable for Livestock feed
(suryp) is a high-quality glycogen supplementary feed that is created as a co-product during the production of fruit juice and pectins. Smulsyrup can be used in cattle feeds as a flavor enhancer, due to the high proportion of fructose and glucose, and as a preservative. The product contains malic acid which stimulates the rumen bacteria, in particular those which convert lactic acid into propionic acid, which prevents rumen acidosis. Smulsiroop has a low viscosity and is therefore easy to pump.
Quality
The product complies with laws and regulations. Mycotoxins, insecticides, pesticides and herbicides are tested according to the GMP+ FSA. The product is non-GMO (according to Regulation (EC) 1829/2003 and 1830/2003).
